All our builders cleans are tailored to meet your specific cleaning requirements. We operate with only the best equipment and ensure our builders cleaning operatives are fully equipped with all safety clothing and materials to work on site.

We take Health and Safety very seriously. Our standard practice includes:

1. Site/contract specific risk assessments and method statements
2. Induction and refresher training for all staff
3. Regular health & safety audits
4. Safe chemical purchasing policy. COSHH assessments.


All our builders cleaning staff have received COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training in the use and handling of the cleaning chemicals and fluids which may need to be used.

On completion of the builders clean we will provide your site manager with a pre snagging report highlighting any obvious damage or repairs required.
